Description

The provider will be supported and enabled by Officers of the Council to lead on engagement and develop a brief high-level vision statement and detailed action plan for each group, reflective of the needs and aspirations of our ageing population.

This will be a collaborative approach with network members, the provider, and Senior Leads from the Council and partner agencies to jointly work on the Bury Ageing Well agenda (including Bury’s Health and Adult Care Ageing Well Strategy 2025 – 2030).
