TENDER: PROVISION OF BARNFIELD SCHOOL ELECTRICAL REWIRE | LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

The Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide works to include complete rewire of existing fire alarm in the school building.

The works shall include, but not necessarily confined to the following:

• Site survey
• System design
• Dismantling and removing all redundant equipment and associated materials.
• Installation of new electrical services including lighting, power, fire alarm and lightning protection
• Undertaking all associated builders work in connection with installing trunking, conduit etc.
• Producing full working drawings for comment
• Undertaking all testing and commissioning.
• Producing record drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.

All electrical installations shall be installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with the current version of British Standards and the IET wiring regulations including all amendments.
