Description
There is a need to supplement the Air Raid Warning Sirens that are currently in place at RAF Akrotiri. The requirement is for Air Raid Warning Sirens that can cover the distance of RAF Akrotiri and Akrotiri Village for community warning by delivering:
a. Distinct alert tones (e.g., air raid/imminent attack, all clear)
b. Voice messages pre-recorded in English and Greek
c. Remote activation capability
The system must be rapidly deployable, robust, and capable of operating in harsh environmental conditions. It should include solar power options or independent power supplies to ensure continuity during mains power failures.
