Description

Rossendale Borough Council is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Reactive Repairs and Small Works Framework to support the maintenance and repair of its property portfolio.

The framework will cover a wide range of reactive repairs, emergency response works, and minor planned works (typically up to £10,000 per order) across commercial buildings and a limited number of domestic properties managed by the Council.

  • £2,188,800 including VAT

Participation

Legal and financial capacity conditions of participation

Tenderers will be required to demonstrate adequate financial standing and legal compliance as part of the procurement process. This will include: Confirmation of financial stability and ability to deliver the contract; Completion of a self-declaration in relation to exclusion grounds under the Procurement Act 2023; Acceptance of the Council’s terms and conditions; Evidence of appropriate insurance cover, including Public Liability (£5m), Employers’ Liability (£10m), and Professional Indemnity insurance where applicable.

Technical ability conditions of participation

Tenderers must demonstrate the technical capability and competence required to deliver the services relevant to the Lot(s) for which they are applying. This includes: Relevant trade qualifications, certifications and/or demonstrable experience appropriate to the Lot(s); Compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements… Evidence of health and safety policies and procedures, including risk assessments and method statements.
