Blackpool Council is inviting tenders from potential providers with the relevant experience and technical ability to deliver a multi-disciplinary Consultancy Framework over various disciplines to support the following Council services (not an exhaustive list): Blackpool Council’s Highways Service requires specialist consultancy support to deliver its capital and revenue programmes.
The framework will cover areas such as highway design, structural engineering, traffic modelling, and project management.
