Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint 4 suitable contractors to undertake Minor Works and Repairs outside of the standard Maintenance Contracts for the Domestic Housing Stock. The Contract is anticipated to commence August 2026 and will continue for a period of 2 years (unless terminated earlier).
