Description
Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) is seeking to procure a Project Director, Project Manager and NEC4 Supervisor with specialist knowledge and expertise in cultural buildings for a major capital project at Venue Cymru in Llandudno. The Consultant appointed through this procurement will subsequently lead and deliver RIBA Stages 3 to 6.
Prior to this Appointment, CCBC appointed Plann Limited to undertake RIBA Stages 1 & 2, culminating in submission of the RIBA Stage 2 Report. The procurement of the Lead Consultant/Multidisciplinary Design Team and the Cost Consultant has been completed, with AOC Architecture appointed and currently progressing through RIBA Stage 2.
