Applications are invited from Contractors, under the terms of the NEC4 ECSC Short Contract, PEACEPLUS Project for: Ardglass parish church – Upgrade & refurbishment project: A combination of mechanical and electrical upgrades, and general refurbishment activities across multiple areas of an existing operational community facility.
The works will include groundworks, structural repairs, M&E installations, and internal finishes. The project is part-funded by the PEACEPLUS programme and aims to improve the accessibility and sustainability of the historic building.
