TENDER FOR ALL AGE CARERS SUPPORT SERVICE STOKE ON TRENT CITY COUNCIL

Stoke-on-Trent City Council with Health are tendering for the delivery of a Carers Support Service to provide early identification, information, advice and tailored support to unpaid carers across the city. The service will focus on improving carers’ health, wellbeing and resilience, enabling them to maintain their caring role.
