The Council has not undertaken preliminary market engagement in accordance with Sections 16 and 17 of the Procurement Act 2023, having assessed that it was not required for the nature and scope of this procurement. The Contract will be tendered using the open procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 for Highways Term Maintenance HM4 – Signs, Nameplates and Guardrails.
