TENDER FOR PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING SERVICES WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL

The Council is tendering a contract for Public Health Nursing Services for Children and Young People aged 0 to 19 (or up to the age of 25 for care leavers and those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)). The aim of the service is to deliver the Healthy Child Programme for children and young people.
