Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig (DCC) is re-procuring its principal energy contracts in four lots:
- Lot 1 – Electricity Import and Export: Supply to circa 4,400 MPANs, flexible purchasing and price-fixing services, PPA sleeving, export route to market and settlement.
- Lot 2 – Gas Import: Non-domestic supply of gas to circa 340 sites.
- Lot 3 – Energy Consultancy: Provision of energy management, reporting, and strategic advice.
- Lot 4 – Carbon Offsetting and Renewable Energy Certificates: Procurement of verified carbon offsets and renewable energy guarantees of origin.
