The provider will successfully deliver short break groups within the Tameside Borough.
This service is for children and young people (CYP) aged between 5 (year 1) and 10 (year 5/6) with complex needs. The grouping of these ages is dependent on what the provider can offer, but a consideration should be given to the developmental needs of the children.
