Kent County Council are looking for a supplier to undertake Road Condition Monitoring (RCM) surveys in accordance with PAS 2161 and SCRIM surveys in accordance with BS 7941-1, and to provide all associated survey data and outputs to the Council. The contract will support the Council’s highways asset management requirements.
