The Co-ordinator will lead and facilitate development of the New Forest SDMG, supporting stakeholders to establish a shared vision, clear purpose, formal membership arrangements and effective governance.
The role will help create the structures, relationships and evidence base required for the group to function effectively, including:
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and partnership working
- Developing a shared vision and strategic objectives
- Establishing formal membership and governance arrangements
- Coordinating deer management planning and monitoring
- Supporting evidence gathering and data management
- Reporting and communication with stakeholders
