Ceredigion County Council is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced contractor or organisation to undertake the replacement of the existing Sennheiser Infrared (IR) interpretation and assisted listening system within the Council Chamber.
The supplier shall provide a complete turnkey solution including:
- Supply and installation of new IR interpretation system
- Assisted listening system for hearing-impaired participants
- Removal and disposal of existing equipment
- Testing, commissioning and certification
- Staff training and user documentation
- Warranty and after-sales support
