The Isle of Wight Council is seeking to commission an external provider to deliver a Domestic Abuse & Sexual Violence Needs Assessment to inform future commissioning, service development and strategic planning.
The Needs Assessment must be delivered within the agreed contract period and include:
- Analysis of prevalence and patterns of domestic abuse and sexual violence
- Identification of gaps in services and support
- Assessment of victim and survivor needs
- Recommendations for service development
- Stakeholder engagement and consultation
- Data analysis and report writing
