The supply of plastic for the poly-allyl diglycol carbonate (PADC, also called CR-39) – supply, cutting, and encoding of a minimum of 40 plastic sheets per month. The expected contract would for 3 years with possible 2 (1+1) years extension.

Lot 1 – Manufacture and Supply of PADC Plastic
As detailed in the technical specification for PADC Manufacture covering the supply of PADC Plastic. The supplier will solely be responsible for supplying the required quantity of sheets to the second supplier who will undertake the work based in Lot 2.
Lot 2 – Cutting and encoding of PADC Plastic
Once the second supplier takes delivery of the PADC Plastic sheets, it is their responsibility to cut and encode the sheets as per the exact technical requirements set out in the Specification for cutting and encoding.
