As part of its housing stock, CCHA has a range of specialist lifting and mobility equipment installed within tenants’ homes and communal areas. This equipment plays a vital role in supporting residents with mobility difficulties, disabilities, age-related needs, and long-term health conditions. The contract covers the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of aids for daily living. This is a second iteration of the tender (V2). The total estimated value including VAT is £60,000.
