Anchor intends to appoint one bidder per lot, as detailed below, suppliers can bid for more than one lot. The successful bidders will be responsible for delivering the following:
- Lot 1 – Fresh Supply of Dairy, Bakery, Fruit, Vegetables, Meat, Fish (Frozen)
- Lot 2 – Frozen Ambient and Chilled Supply of food products
- Lot 3 – Specialist dietary supplies
Total value (estimated)
- £106,050,000 including VAT
- Lot values: £49,000,000; £56,000,000; £1,050,000
