PA Housing Limited are procuring their Tree Works contract to deliver the provision of planned and reactive tree works.
The Works required by the Contracts, include but are not restricted to:
•Pruning, bracing, felling, stump removal, climbing inspections and associated works.
•Conduct planned survey tree works on an annual basis in line with the surveys provided.
•Conduct reactive tree works as and when required, including bank holidays and out of hours.

Description of possible extension:
It is intended that the Contracts will commence in January 2027 and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of two years with the option for renewal, as decided by PA Housing, for an extension of up to a further three years, subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the Contracts is therefore five years.

A Supplier can only be successful for one Lot. In the event that the same Supplier is top placed on both Lots at the conclusion of the evaluation process, PA Housing reserve the right to award based on the Lot priority stated within Document B1 and may elect to award the second placed Supplier on the remaining Lot the Contract in this circumstance.

The following risks have been identified that would impact the performance of the Contract, where the impact cannot be known at this stage but may relate to a Contract modification if the risk was to materialise:

7.Risk of unforeseen increase in property volume.
8. Failure by one of the Lot Contractors resulting in the need for the other Lot contractor needing to step in.
