Description
The general requirement of this contract will be appointing a contractor to carry out steeplejack surveys on an estimated 103 multi storey flats in the Leeds area.
This is an annual safety inspection of all high rise (18m and over) blocks, inclusive of a roof survey report.
The contract will also include minor repairs identified during the survey process and ongoing maintenance requirements.
