TENDER FOR CHILDREN’S SERVICES IMPROVEMENT PLAN SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL

Swindon Borough Council (SBC) Children’s Services is currently projecting a significant overspend which presents a material risk to the Council’s Medium Term Financial Plan (MTFP). At the same time, the Council has an established Children’s Improvement Plan and a range of service, workforce and financial challenges. SBC is seeking a partner to co-produce a children’s services improvement, savings and delivery plan.
