Description
You are invited to submit a fixed price tender for the replacement of the whole heating system as designed by McCann and Partners for the Council at Newbridge Comprehensive School. The scope of the project is fully described in Appendix 1 and as detailed on the McCann and Partners documentation in the attached bundle.
The works include the removal of the existing heating system, installation of new boilers, radiators, pipework, and controls, and commissioning of the new system. The contractor must ensure minimal disruption to school activities during the summer holiday period.
