Scope of Services: The maintenance services required will include, but will not be limited to:
- Doors – Powered and manually operated vertically and horizontally moving appliance bay doors
- Revolving and powered entrance doors and speed lanes
- Automatic door-closing devices associated with fire doors
- Gates – Powered and manually operated sliding, swinging and bi-folding gates
- Roller shutters and sectional doors
- All associated control systems, sensors, safety devices and operators
The contract covers planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and emergency call-out services across London Fire Brigade premises.
