Milton Keynes City Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Declutter and Deep Clean Service for Vulnerable People. The Declutter & Deep Clean Service has two main functions: 1. To declutter a property which has become neglected and unfit to live in, including properties deemed unsafe. 2. To provide a deep clean service to ensure the property is habitable.
