EARLY SUPPORTED DISCHARGE – OUT OF HOSPITAL PARENTERAL ANTIMICROBIAL TREATMENT (OPAT)

University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) is seeking a provider to support the provision of an out of hospital parenteral antimicrobial treatment (OPAT) service within a community setting. The provider will be expected to support administration of parenteral antimicrobials and monitoring.
