Rail for London Infrastructure (RfLI) will issue a Tender for planned maintenance and repairs to the Tunnel Ventilation and Controls System on the Central Section of the Elizabeth Line. RfLI are responsible for maintenance of the Elizabeth Line. A fundamental element of the RfLI maintenance regime.
