Description
Wychavon District Council is seeking options for an enhanced SWEP service; the SWEP service is currently carried out in house by the Housing Team which is a shared service across both Malvern Hills and Wychavon District Councils.
The Council invites suitably experienced and skilled providers to deliver an enhanced service including:
- Provision of emergency accommodation for rough sleepers during severe weather
- Outreach and engagement with rough sleepers
- Referral and assessment of need
- Support and signposting to longer-term housing solutions
- Coordination with partner agencies
- Data collection and reporting
