The Contract shall include the following Services: Operation and maintenance of the Authority EfW Facility to provide reception, storage and incineration of EfW Waste. The Contractor shall optimise the Authority EfW Facility performance and energy recovery. The Contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility.
