Description
An Individual Service Fund (ISF) is one way of managing a person’s personal budget for care and support:
•The provider manages the budget on behalf of the individual, unlike a Direct Payment where the individual manages the funds themselves.
•ISFs offer greater flexibility and choice, allowing individuals to tailor their support to their specific needs and preferences.
The London Borough of Bexley is seeking to establish a framework of providers who can manage ISFs for adults with learning disabilities.
