NHS North East London (NEL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking to commission Homeless Health Primary Care and Outreach Service for People Experiencing Homelessness. The model of care across NEL will cover all forms of homelessness but will primarily focus on rough sleeping and those in temporary accommodation.
