Description
PfH Cymru (Procurement for Housing Wales) wishes to establish a Wales-specific Decarbonisation, Retrofit and Planned Works Framework Agreement. Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector. PfH Cymru is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced organisations under a multi-lot framework to provide a range of Decarbonisation, Retrofit and Planned Works Services to support public bodies and social landlords in Wales with meeting their Net Zero objectives.
The framework will include multiple lots covering Asset Management Services, Surveys, Retrofit Consultancy, Insulation Works, Heating & Renewable Energy Systems, and Multi-Disciplinary Decarbonisation Works.
