Description
DCG’s Estates team undertakes planned preventative maintenance each year to ensure that facilities meet required safety and operational standards to support Campus maintenance and operational activities. The intended outcome of the process is to determine the most advantageous tender (MAT) and appoint a contractor to carry out plumbing room, workshop, and classroom alterations at the Roundhouse Stephenson Building.
The works include internal partitioning, electrical upgrades, and plumbing modifications to create modern, fit-for-purpose learning environments.
