REFURBISHMENT OF LEIGH MARKET HALL

Wigan Council would like to appoint a Contractor to carry out the refurbishment of Leigh Market Hall. The scope of the scheme includes infrastructure improvements, particularly to the roof, heating, lighting and ventilation; introduction of public toilets; and a new entrance from Albion Street.
