This opportunity (“Contract”) is for a single supplier to provide energy assessments and detailed reports identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and reduction of operational costs in the following areas:
- Energy Centre utilities, metering strategy & utility energy
- Building fabric and HVAC systems
- Lighting and controls
- Renewable energy feasibility
- Behavioural change and staff engagement
The successful supplier will work closely with The Pirbright Institute to develop a comprehensive energy strategy and implementation plan.
