DFTO is issuing this notice to establish a framework agreement with two (2) suppliers for the provision of a Revenue Management System.
The system must be capable of optimising rail fares through advanced forecasting, dynamic pricing, business rules, and inventory management. It should leverage machine learning algorithms to maximize revenue while ensuring competitive pricing and high load factors across the national rail network.
