Description
This Framework Agreement is established by the Contracting Authorities (Gwynedd Council and Isle of Anglesey County Council) in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the NEC4 Framework Contract.
The Framework provides a compliant mechanism for the delivery of routine, reactive and emergency maintenance of structures and coastal assets within the Authority’s jurisdiction. No guarantee of workload or value is provided.
Assets include (but are not limited to):
- Bridges
- Culverts and drainage structures
- Retaining walls
- Sea defences and coastal structures
- Piers, promenades and slipways
- Associated structural and marine assets

- £4,800,000 excluding VAT
- £6,000,000 including VAT
