Description
The Employer invites Tenders for the Wood Green Library project, for the proposed works as detailed in the tender documents. Scope of works includes but not limited to:
- Structural works to the underside of the RAAC
- Intumescent coatings to all existing and new steelwork
- New cavity void barrier
- MEP works to reinstate services: CCTV, Fire Alarm, Aspirating system, Data, Power, Lighting
- Fabric works: new suspended ceiling and decorations
