Framework operation description
The framework will be awarded on a ranked supplier basis. It is envisaged the top three highest ranked suppliers will be appointed to each lot on this framework, orders will be placed with the supplier ranked first however if the first ranked supplier is unable to meet the Council’s requirements orders may be placed with the supplier ranked second and so on.
The Council reserve the right to run a competitive selection process with all three ranked providers per lot.
