TENDER FOR TASTE PRODUCTION KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT WEST LONDON COLLEGE

The Taste Production Kitchen at Hammersmith College is a training kitchen for students and the production kitchen for the adjacent Taste Restaurant. The main cooking island is dated and runs primarily on gas. As part of the college’s sustainability drive and to increase and upgrade facilities for students, the college is seeking to replace the existing equipment with sustainable electric alternatives.
