Rochdale Borough Council is seeking to commission a Young People’s Supported Accommodation Service based on the Team Around the Young Person (TAYPAS) model using a Competitive Flexible Procedure via Light Touch Regime as per Procurement Act 2023.
The service will deliver specialist, person-centred support for young people aged 16-25.
